DIY Portable BoomboxToday I will show you how to make a boombox that sounds like a genuine audiophile speaker. I added an iPod docking feature, it also works with any kind of MP3 player with an auxiliary output, it also has a 2 channel RCA output. I even added an USB/SD card audio player with a remote control for the Boombox! It was so effecient in design that it had the capability to compete with other branded speaker brands like Monster, Bose, Altec Lancing and etc......
This project article is all about constructing your very own professional boombox. The guide that I've given out is a simple step by step tutorial. |

DIY Portable Alcohol Stove |
Runs On Any Kind Of Alcohol
For every 15ml of denatured alcohol the stove will continually run for about 10 minutes. Since the stove has a storage capacity of 75ml of alcohol, it can operate for about 50 minutes. This works like a regular stove, this make it ideal for camping or emergency purposes.
It's a great $0 project, materials are all recycled scrap..... |

I'm about to launch a new DIY tutorial, it's all about making a bookshelf speaker. I've decided to make a pair of bookshelf speakers similar to the "B&W 685 and Paradigm Mini Monitor v7".
The speaker has a 6.5" woofer (Dali OEM - From Anthony Audio) and a 1" soft dome tweeter (Crown). With a crossover tuned at 3.5kHz, you will experience music like you never imagined. The speaker is made up of MDF material. To eliminate vibrations that causes distortion, I braced it in the middle section and added 1x1 wooden battens on every angle. |
